Jour de gros - shopping day

On Wednesday mornings we visit the wholesale "Metro", where we'll do the weekly bigger shoppings. Metro is located about six kilometers from the restaurant, by car less than half an hour drive. 

The range in Metro Cash & Carry is large, quantity is good and the selection of supplies fulfills the main body of the needs in restaurant. 

For some product groups, e.g. drinks, fish and meat, Atrio restaurant has an agreement with providers and the supplies are delivered to restaurant.
